pants!!!

I know it's silly, but I felt like yelling, "Victory!" after talking the girls into wearing pants. For these two girls pants are usually not an option when choosing out their daily outfits. In fact, about a year ago I just stopped fighting them on the issue. I have allowed them to wear dresses or skirts even in the cold winter months. When I tried to force them to wear pants it was a battle full of tears and frustration. I just decided it wasn't worth the drama, and that wearing pants isn't really that important. However, last week the girls and I decided to go to a high school football game. I knew it would be cold, so I decided to enforce the dreaded pant-wearing rule. To my luck, both of the girls were so excited to go to the game that they were happy to wear pants!! No tears, no fits, no drama!! Yea!!
